MimiTracker Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
MimiTracker is a baby-tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It is built local-first: your data belongs to you and never reaches us.
What the app stores
- Events you log (feeds, sleep, diapers, your custom actions) with their timestamps
- Your baby's name and date of birth, used only to personalize the app
Where it lives
- On your device, in the app's private storage
- On your Apple Watch, in the Watch app's private storage
- In your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit), if iCloud sync is available — used solely to sync between your devices and with a partner you explicitly invite. We have no access to it; it is encrypted and managed by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy
What we collect
Nothing. MimiTracker has:
- No analytics
- No advertising
- No third-party SDKs
- No tracking of any kind
- No servers of our own — there is no account, no sign-up, no email
Partner sharing
If you invite a partner, sharing happens entirely through Apple's iCloud sharing (CKShare). Only the person you invite can see the log, and you can stop sharing at any time from the invite link or iCloud settings. The data never passes through any server of ours.
Data deletion
Deleting the app deletes all locally stored data. Data synced to your iCloud account can be removed via iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
GDPR
Because all data stays on your devices and in your personal iCloud account, MimiTracker processes no personal data on our side. There is nothing for us to disclose, export, or erase.
